Every contribution of $25 or more in a season constitutes a membership. As a member you have the following benefits: voting rights at our July annual meeting, your name in our show programs, advance notice of special events if you give us an email address, and a $5 discount on shows at Pit & Balcony Theatre by showing your confirmation letter.

When you advertise with Bay City Players, your ad will be printed in the program of all of our current season’s shows and be seen by as many as 10,000 audience members.

Advertising prices are as follows:

Quarter Page (4.5″w x 1.75″) – $330
Third Page (4.5″w x 2.5″h) – $365
Half Page (4.5″w x 3.75″h) – $415
Cast Page (2.5″w x 2.5″h) – $440
Full Page (4.5″w x 7.5″h) – $660

sponsorships

Sponsorships are available at two levels:

Premier: $5,000

Season: $3,000

Each sponsorship includes being noted in all of the current season’s show programs, on posters in the lobby and kiosk, recognition in the preshow slideshows, and 30 complementary passes to be used in any combination for shows during the season (advanced reservations are required).

Premier sponsorship also includes recognition during the summer show.
