Bay City Players Policy for Orchestra Compensation.

The Bay City Players will compensate Orchestra Members at the following Rates:
Rehearsals - $15.00 each
Performances - $20.00 each
The maximum that will be paid to any individual will be $600 per year.
No additional expenses such as mileage will be paid in addition to the above amounts.
If a Musical Direct has a legitimate reason to deviate from these amounts, it must be approved by the Board of Directors.
These amounts will be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and adjusted accordingly prior to the budgeting process.
